Pickup Policy

Crowley House Flower Farm & Nursery is open Thursday-Saturday, and Monday 10AM to 3PM. If you would like to arrange for a pickup time outside of typical farm hours, please email hello@chflowers.com -- we'd be happy to help work on a time that works for you.

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping throughout the week. While our team works diligently to process orders promptly, high demand may extend the shipping time frame to 2-8 business days (Monday to Friday). 

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or updated, or that the address can be changed. Once it has shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or updated. You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. If we are not given the correct shipping address, we cannot provide a replacement order for items delivered to the incorrect shipping address given at checkout. Please double-check check all shipping information is correct before ordering. If your order does have the incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible at hello@chflowers.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the correct address.
